  7. This agreement is between Softdisk Publishing ("Softdisk"), a Louisiana
  8. corporation, and "Submitter" for the purpose of distribution rights to the
  9. file(s) listed below ("File") as follows:

  27. File to Softdisk subscribers (including Megabytes Mania online).  This
  28. includes any subsequent back issue sales.  Except for the publication rights
  29. granted herein, all intellectual property rights to the File remain with
  30. "Submitter."

  32. "Submitter" has used his/her best efforts to assure that the File does not
  33. infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party and that
  34. he/she has sufficient rights to File to grant to Softdisk for distribution.
